After this deep dive into the art of Champagne-making, you’ll head to an exceptional historical site: the majestic remains of an 1878 military fort, part of the Séré de Rivières defense system — a true hidden gem of the region. You’ll explore its underground galleries, surprising viewpoints, and the stories that shaped this strategic location.The visit concludes with an introduction to Champagne sabrage, followed by a tasting of sabred bottles (included based on group size, with the option to add more).
