Come and discover how Champagnes are made in a family of enthusiasts, during a guided tour around the press, the vat room and the vaulted cellars under the family manor house dating from the 16th century.
The secrets of the most prestigious of wines will be told to you in a natural setting several centuries old: the clos du Château de Boursault. Back at the Terrasse des Abbayes, you will taste three Le Gallais Champagnes with a breathtaking view of the beautiful Marne valley.
