Educavin

Educavin offers tastings of champagnes on their respective plots, in the open air and in a convivial atmosphere. It is a friendly and interactive tasting ramble where you will discover various expressions of the land at the heart of a single champagne-producing village.

Armed with a tasting flute, champagne bottles and a road map (photo of the hillside, OS map, map of the locations, cross-section of the soil, files on the vintages), we will set off on foot through the vineyards, making stops on the plots to discuss important points regarding the wine-growing area: recognising the grape, soil type, relationship between the soil and tasting, topography, orientation of the vines, work of the producer, etc.
