In Mancy, walking is highly advisable. To walk past the prettily decorated fa‡ades, follow the stream, explore the Romanesque church, its three naves and the recently restored wall paintings. And especially to take the Saint Hubert tour which climbs up into the vineyards towards the picnic area and a refreshing view over the hillsides to the south of Epernay. Mancy also has a castle, built in 1517 by one Olivier, secretary to Fran‡ois I.
