The hamlet of Alencourt stands on the top of a hill with stunning panoramic views across the Côte des Blancs vines and the Cuis cliffs. It also has its very own underground natural spring.
This water makes up 90% of the beer produced here.
The water is taken directly from the spring without chemical treatment, thereby retaining its natural properties.
Due to the unique make-up of the Champagne subsoil, these beers have a distinctive mineral flavour that is unique to the region.
