The sparkling Venise
IN SOME WORDS
“Town of Art and History”, Châlons-en-Champagne invites you to stroll through its parks and gardens dotted with a large number of canals.
To discover the rich and varied architectural heritage from a different angle and in an original manner, take a boat or a canoe along the Mau and the Nau, and round off your outing by tasting a glass of Champagne.
Half-timbered houses, buildings in brick or richly decorated white stone combine harmoniously to form the streets of Chalons. One of the town’s main sites is Notre-Dame en Vaux Collegiate, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
A dynamic and festive town, the new “Capitole” exhibition park offers the town high quality facilities, a rich cultural programme and the opportunity to host all types of events: fairs, exhibitions, conventions, concerts, congresses, and much more.
Facilities, venues, access
