Why go there?
This fourth-generation wine-growing family built a vat room and storage cellar in 2013 so it could make its own champagne.
Pressing is carried out at the Coopérative Vinicole de Boursault, where the grapes and juice are treated separately from those of other members to ensure full traceability.
The vines are tended in accordance with an integrated viticulture approach.
Alain, Nadine and their sons invite you to taste the fruits of their labours and visit their property (vineyard and cellar tour).
