Champagne Daniel Collin
Why go there?
Created in 1959 by Daniel, the brand was taken over by his son Hervé who joined the business in 1983.
Hervé brought some new developments to the cultivation of the vines (sodding, integrated viticulture) but also to the development of champagne (vinification in tanks, fragmented pressing, etc.).
In 2016, the adventure continued with Adeline, who joined the business. Daniel’s granddaughter and Hervé's niece, she also grew up in the vineyard and decided to keep developing the Daniel Collin Champagne!
