Cyril and Amandine, the founders’ children and nephews, produce their champagne with the utmost care and respect for Champagne tradition, from soil to harvest and from vinification to champagnisation.



The Gaston Collard Champagne is also a traditional Champagne in that it has been attended to by the same family for two generations.



This Champagne also owes its quality to the geographic location of the Bouzy Champenois hills which give the Champagne its character and its 100% Grand Cru label.
