Pauline, Pierre and Alex – the fourth generation of this family – continue the traditions passed on to them while adding their own experience to the mix.
Located in Vallée de la Marne, a terroir famed historically for its Pinot Meunier (black grapes), this 17-hectare estate is made up of 12 hectares of Pinot Meunier, 2 hectares of Pinot Noir and 3 hectares of Chardonnay (white grapes).
Part of a cooperative since 1975 for the vinification of their champagne, they still like to maintain control of the overall process.
The grapes are pressed on the estate and aged on a lath in their cellars.
They also carry out their own riddling, disgorgement, labelling and cellar door sales.
