The tour starts with a video (in French, English, German and Spanish) covering wine-growing and wine production and the history of Champagne. Visitors then take a tour of the cooperative, including the wine press, the riddling area and (on request) the vines. It ends in the cellar with a tasting of four champagnes along with sweet and savoury nibbles, where visitors will learn about wine-and-food pairings.
A more detailed wine-and-food pairing session is available, subject to appointment.
