The chocolate factory offers a tour of the production unit, sells specialties such as « bouchons marc de champagne » (chocolate
champagne corks filled with « marc de champagne », a smooth brandy distilled from the grape pomace left after the first soft pressing of the grapes used to make champagne), « bulle vieille fine » (chocolate champagne bubbles filled with « la vieille fine
de la Marne », an eau-de-vie made from champagne wine) and « champenoise » (chocolate ganache with grapes macerated in
« marc de champagne » ). It also provides tasting sessions.
