Langres Gastronomique 2026
Why
take advantage (of it)...!
Langres Gastronomique 2026, the 7th edition, aims to highlight the gastronomy of the southern Haut-Marne region, between Champagne and Burgundy, around Langres cheese.
As part of a drive to promote the local economy, producers and craftsmen will be selling their products (cheeses, wines, beers, honeys, charcuterie, snails, ice creams, breads.....). The Confrérie des Tastes Fromages de Langres, true lovers of their product and their region, will be sharing their taste for the Langres PDO. Other regional brotherhoods will be present, such as the "Moutarde de Dijon" brotherhood. Other regions will also be represented. The Académie de Cuisine will be offering demonstrations of their know-how, with the presence of a star chef (Takashi KINOCHITA, Laurent PETIT, Joy Astrid POINSOT). Who will be in charge in 2026? A surprise!
And as talent does not wait for years, the Lycée Hôtelier de Langres will be presenting its future chefs in action!
During the 1st weekend in June, Langres Gastronomique will be putting on a variety of events, including a Langres DJ, an amateur cookery competition, shows, tombolas, competitions, local musical groups and the Hallebardiers company....
Langres, a historic town, the town of Diderot, situated in the heart of the National Forest Park and major towns in the East, is the ideal place to promote our local gastronomy.
Langres Gastronomique is an opportunity to develop and showcase the expertise of the producers and craftspeople of our region, between Champagne and Burgundy.
Langres Gastronomique is an attractive, friendly, multi-generational fair whose DNA is gastronomy, supported by a team of motivated volunteers who are proud of their region.
