Why go there?
The menu, which changes daily, evolves with the seasons.
It is composed of a buffet or starter followed by a dish of the day, fish or a grill and ends with a dessert specials menu.
All the products are from the local land, from suppliers of the Marne and the surrounding area: fresh seasonal vegetables, fish and meat from the local market.
They are used to produce refined cuisine.
All starters (crudités, salads, terrines...), hot dishes and desserts are home-made.
Recognised as a "Quality restaurant" by the culinary college of France, a reference in French gastronomy.
