The experience includes the following discoveries:
After a traditional tour of our infrastructure (cellar, press, vat room), you will blind taste 3 representative champagnes from the house to understand the approach to dosages. You will then create your own half bottle of champagne, disgorging it yourself on the fly and then dressing it manually with your personalized label.
We will then drive together to our vineyard to discover the cycle of the vine and its work throughout the year around 2 emblematic champagne cuvées sitting in our vineyard lodge and contemplating the Champagne landscape.
