The philosophy of the Ecole du Chocolat is to lead all participant to reveal their talents, express their passion and enjoy themselves.
Chefs from the "Les Étoilés de la Champagne" association also give lessons, but for savoury dishes.
All lessons are accompanied by champagnes or wines such as Porty, Maury, etc. which are the wines to drink with chocolate.
