The making of single-malt will hold no secrets for you after you have visited this wonderful distillery nestled in the heart of the Regional Nature Reserve of the Montagne of Reims, in the centre of a 30-hectare wooded estate.
Following a short film which will present the estate, you will learn all about the fermentation of malt, distillation, ageing in oak barrels and lastly diluting the alcohol with spring water. Afterwards, you can take part in a complimentary testing session of 4 to 5 single-malt in the shop.
