Claire and Benoit sell ready-to-cook poultry and rabbit. They are present at the Matougues farmers’ market on the first Saturday of each month.
Farm produce: poultry (chickens, poulards, turkeys, geese, guinea fowl, capons) and rabbit (whole rabbits, rabbit cuts, roast rabbit, rabbit ‘crépinettes’). Their speciality is ‘rillette de lapin à la champenoise’ (handmade rabbit paté).
