The Fossier House continues to use the traditional know-how of its founders dedicated to gastronomy and festive occasions and
is loyal to their creative spirit. The biscuits’ appealing features have been carefully preserved by master Fossier biscuit-makers
since the house was founded in 1756. The tour of the production site makes it possible to discover how various Fossier biscuits are made and in particular the famous pink biscuits of Reims which are renowned for being served with champagne or gingerbread from Reims.
